Catching up... and some fanfic spoilarage, I think
Been a busy few weeks, and it's not going to slow down any time soon. I have prompts to finish for the writer's meeting on the 30th, the last meeting of the Erudite Exchange as the group we started as until...? With one person heading to Boston, and another to Illinois, it's kinda like the breaking of the fellowship...
So, I recalled a meme that was wandering around about a week ago, and I'm finally getting to it.
Rules: When you see this meme immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun.
1. Go to your desktop and press the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).
2. Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and doing a Paste (CTRL + V).
3. Post the picture on your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop if you want. You can explain why you prefer such a look or why it is full of icons. Things like that.
Since Annie came over yesterday (and she brought piiiiiiiie) and hung for a little while with MJ (who spent the last few days by us) and I playing with photoshop, I used the time before I crashed (before we went to see Incredible Hulk... which, funny, it was a great movie, and I felt almost like this was the 'oops, our bad, we REALLY f-ed up that first try... check this one out' version)... anyhow, I made a new desktop collage, which I rarely do. This is using a lot of images by Jenny Dolfen, who is AWESOME, and someday, when I get published, seriously, it would be so awesome to get her to do cover art. I'm just sayin'. Her site is here - http://www.goldseven.de/ - for those interested.
Larger Version + explanation under cut, but here's a more friendly version...
