Write-in was good to me. Since I was at 10k going into it, I added 50% to my total in one day. And, I'm only 3k away from my brother now.

And, considering those of you reading are all pretty adamant that I teased you unnecessarily... here you are... though, I'll be redoing this part (adding more later) so it won't be a bore when it's in the final draft.

other nano awesome

at the write-in, i heard two of the other wrimos discussing that they were writing fanfic

one asked the other, what fandom, and i've already forgotten what it was

so the second asks the first, what fandom?

and she goes 'lord of the rings'

and i totally just like, got up from my spot, dragged a chair over, and was all 'hello new best friend'

and damn, it was ten minutes after nui left!!

so, yes, not only a lotr fanfic writer, but also, an elf slasher

could this nano get any better?
