Is it okay to declare these officially DEAD?

Just wondering... if anyone knows anything more on these...
Oh, and regarding the last posting - the poems/stories that the students are encouraged to do are called 'alphabet stories'; basically the idea being that it's easy to just write 26 lines going from a to z. Last year, I just brought my own stuff.. a poem about ballet (okay, it was really a Legolas in a tutu poem, but no one was any wiser.. *snickers*) and a short story that was a reworking of 'Such a Little Thing' (names changed to protect the guilty..)
anyhow, I thought it might be fun to challenge myself to use their format..
I was told that, although everyone else is asked to keep their readings between three and five minutes, that I would not be held to that. 'Take as long as you want'.
Ah, it's good to be the queen.. hee hee..
