Another list of questions to be answered... because someone must want to know...
1. WHAT COLOR ARE YOUR KITCHEN PLATES?
I have a black set and an olive green set, but we get the most use out of paper ones, lol. Also have some salad plates that are gold (like, yellowy-gold, not flashy gold) that also have no pattern, but are shaped something like a sun or a flower, depending. (And those I've had for quite a few years now, so it had nothing to do with the chief muse) Green and gold ones together work well for Packer games.
2. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING?
I read passages of books, I don't read entire books so much anymore. I like dialogue and characters, plots tend to bore me, so reading entire books a lot of times can turn into a chore. I need it in bite size chunks.
3. What's ON YOUR MOUSE PAD?
I live dangerously and use no mousepad. (I have one with a water dragon on it that I made, but it just sits on the shelf and looks pretty.)
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BOARD GAME?
Mousetrap or Hungry, Hungry Hippos
5. FAVORITE MAGAZINE
Slick Times, and National Geographic
6. FAVORITE SMELL
Fresh baked cookies. They need to put that in a spray bottle.
7. LEAST FAVORITE SMELL?
Walked out into the hallway one day at the apartment and started to choke on something. Closed the door and told Mark there was a fire or something from all the smoke. We went back out and I had to run outside, it who so horrible and nauseous. He came out laughing, and then we had to run back in again to tell the landlord... that someone had been smoking pot in the basement.
I'd never smelled it before, naive little thing that I am. I nearly threw up, I can't imagine how anyone would want to sit in a room that smelled like that. Blah.
8. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING?
I think this came up once before on a questiony thing... it's more or less along the lines of 'do I have the time to jump the guy next to me before I have to leave the bed?'
9. FAVORITE COLOR?
I have this green-purple-gold triad thing going on. Seems quite unfair to have to choose just one.
10. LEAST FAVORITE COLOR?
I've never been fond of orange.
11. HOW MANY RINGS BEFORE YOU ANSWER THE PHONE?
Three rings for the Elven Kings... oops, sorry.
Machine gets it in two, and I'm not quite a quick draw, so usually, I don't.
12. FUTURE CHILDREN'S NAMES.
oy... well, the ranger (Mark Anthony) would like a little 'Mark Anthony' at some point, whereas I'd prefer 'Hunter' and have recently become fond of a name of a character I created years back (Zaque). LONG before that, ten plus years ago, I had a character with what I thought was an unusual name in a play that I wrote and I thought, wow, must remember that one... and then, Orlando no longer was appealing after Maggie swooned over the first LOTR film. [I have him partly going on the idea, since twins run in the family on my side, that if that should happen, the middle names of 'Elladan' and 'Elrohir' are not too fey that they couldn't work... heh heh heh...] No dispute on a girl's name though: Anastacia Cassandra {poor kids won't be able to spell their names... let's hope we just stick with cats}
13. WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT IN LIFE?
Playing nice and having fun.

15. DO YOU LIKE TO DRIVE FAST?
Yes. And I've not gotten caught, or I do things like take a spin around a parking lot after store hours. I think being a race car driver would be a great job.

Yes. Depends on mood depends on the animal(s). I have many bunnies, all the same type, different colors. Pink flamingo. Green mouse. Huge ass dobie dog that I think is bigger than a dobie really is. A pony. What? Stop looking at me like that...
Odd with the fact there is also a husband in the bed? Perhaps. But Dad has me beat -- he has a collection of about a dozen or so that sleep in the bed every night, and others around the room. Hey, you live once, screw what others think.
17. STORMS are COOL OR SCARY?
they are awesome, especially if lightning is involved and lots of rain
18. WHAT TYPE WAS YOUR FIRST CAR?
The Warwagon!! '88 Chevy Wagon. Still have it. Made of steel. It's been hit at least eight known times, and totaled just about everything that dared to challenge it. It's a beast and I love it.

I'd say the professor, but oh, would I get my ass chewed out, so I'll wait until the afterlife for that. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams would be fun.

at the moment what's entering the mind are Clue, History of the World Part One, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Scarlet Street, Ten Commandments... I've recently (as in, for over a year now) caught myself pulling Priscilla: Queen of the Desert out of the dvd pile and tossing it in. {I swear Hugo Weaving has better legs than any woman I know...}

Huh? I don't get that...
Like, one handed? Sure. It comes out a little slower, but I can. Can also type just with my left hand. Sometimes, if I've got a cat on my lap who wants attention, I have no other choice. (It's still fairly fast, maybe in the 40-60 wpm range)

I have way too many CDs... and combined with the ranger's collection, we're talking hundreds and hundreds. Half price books absolutely loves us.
One of the few I payed full price for: soundtrack to Kill Bill I ... really, really wanted that one. same thing with Fifth Element... rarely do I buy them full price.
One I could listen to all the way through... (so often, I skip tracks)... I think it's the greatest hits for Styx. Other than that, I think there's always something I fast forward or completely skip through, even on Led Zeppelin, Prince, and Erasure.
35. FAVORITE TV SHOWS?
I like to catch Gilmore Girls when I can, and also WWE Smackdown. Yes, I'm a wrestling fan.

Lounging in the park (in a little glen by a stream that just seems like it's probably a hidden piece of Rivendell), away from all noise and hidden by some really old, beautiful trees, having a picnic and reading with Mark, and maybe just napping and watching clouds. People don't utilize the park system like they should.
40. WHAT SCREEN SAVER IS ON YOUR COMPUTER RIGHT NOW?
Varying images of Arwen and Galadriel. Used to have Haldir, Elrond, and Celeborn, but the ranger made disgruntled dwarf noises, so I changed it for him a couple years back and it's stayed ever since.

Used to be McDonalds... but now I'm fond of taco bell

Can I go with rats? I love rats.
