~ Dancing
~ Writing -- and I've found that going to this little sub shop, it's a Jimmy John's, is very, very good for that. There's a little round table in the corner, and I like to sit there with my notebook and a #6 (that would be the veggie sub) and a coke and jalepeno chippies and drabble on... 'And Morgoth Trembled' was born there and a bunch of PPBs and ECs... oh, speaking of ECs, I've got it in my head to make a kiddle elfy site... oops, back to task at hand
~ Singing -- especially in the car, because the radio is like three inches away, makes for easy song selection
~ Kickboxing -- good for mind clearing and can be used to imaginarily pretend you're doing some good ol fashioned ass kicking
~ Tree hugging -- I like this park nearby, well, area of the park, called Seven Bridges... very nice place, lovely to walk through, day or night, all year round... leads to the lake on one end, some parts are kind of valley-ish... there's one section in particular, where you have to get off of the path, and it leads to a great little section where the trees cover the sky mostly overhead and they're so old and knotted them seem like they could tell you stories of long years past, they have to be over a hundred at least... and in my mind (my writing mind) it's a clearing I've used when I write about Rivendell (quite a lot of the places i write about, when i'm in 'middle-earth', it corresponds to some place here in Wisconsin, whether it's the parlor of the first homely house or the gardens in Lothlorien... the only place that isn't here is Harad... that's in Florida...)
i'm s'pose to pass this along to five people... but just choose yourselves, i trust you...
