So, here's one for my fellow cat peoples

To add to the Christmas spirit, we bought a little 2 1/5 foot tree for the bedroom. Our bed has a headboard that is actually a bookshelf, so there's a wide top of the shelf area for putting things -- normally we have some stuffed fantasy critters there, but we cleared it off for the tree.

Early in the morning, as I was having an AWESOME elf dream, a freaking pine tree clobbered the elves in the dream. And, I awoke to a face full of fake pine needles. I managed to detangled myself and throw the tree over the side of the bed, and looked up to see Harley looking down at me with this 'did I wake you? hey, as long as you're up, can you feed me now?' look on his face.

Then he decided that leaping down onto me would be way more fun, after which he ran under the bed.

So lucky I didn't have ornaments on it yet. Or is it, he's lucky I didn't...?

Managed to finish the elf dream at least.
