Also, we had a write-in today, and through the five hours we had 25 or 26 people there! That's almost as many people as we had at the kick-off! (making rethink using some of our venues, though... really want to go to moondance, but not sure we'll fit there very well!!)

Prologue and Chapter One are finished

When I wrote nano my first year, I posted as I was writing; I finished in 20 days (because I restarted on day 6 and ended on day 26)

Wondering if that would help, or hinder... well, it will be damned confusing for people reading unforgettable since it starts after and...

wait, who am i kidding... everyone knows that Gondolin falls, and just about everyone dies, right?

I mean, show of hands... does anyone here not know that Turgon, Ecthelion, Glorfindel, Maeglin, Duilin, Salgant, Rog, and I think Penlodh all die in the fall of Gondolin? Because... if you didn't before, you know now.

It's canon. I didn't make that up.

I think, like, 700ish people actually made it out of Gondolin.

Now, they sent 10,000 to aid Fingon... so that gives you an idea of how big the place was.

EVERYONE in Rog's house dies. Everybody. Even Meleth (okay, that one I made up, 'cause I don't really know whose house she was in, but she disappears after the fall, so....)

Alright, i gotta get back to nano... Thrangorn looks like he's going to wet himself... just can't leave some muses alone in a room full of orcs...

Glorfindel gets killed by a balrog.
