LOTR game on facebook

so there's a new game on Facebook, that isn't just elves and wizards and stuff, but an actual LOTR game

And, besides blondie being in it, there's a specific mission to 'borrow his mount'

(also, a mission to go to the library in Rivendell)

Am having too much fun, obviously

Gandalf, however, is very much in need of a copy of the books so that this sort of thing doesn't happen again...

FYI: Glorfindel is a little OOC in this game

So, more on the facebook game... in Rivendell, I had Gandy fighting wolves with Elrond, which was awesome. Then I checked out the other areas, and saw that Glorfindel was in Angmar, and so Gandy and Samwise went up there to check things out.

First encounter -- Glorfindel, Gandy, and Sam vs Witchking and a couple of orcs.

Sam's first move: stab Witchking with a knife

Gandy's first move: take out orc with sword

Glorfindel's first move: FLEE

wtf... no cheesecake for him...

I have to say, though, whoever wrote this game did do their homework for most of it... all sorts of jabber about the Valar and which one is giving what blessings, and a few mentions of Eru (who just blessed some nifty shit upon Gandy)
