Now that you mention it, I wonder why nobody has so far written about elves and men diving for their old cities ... Numenor is out there, too. Though Glorfindel's reason is really a bit ... odd, to say the least. *grins* I love his twiddling thumbs - very nice memory. And humor is certainly something she would appreciate. *hugs*
