I- Instrument: Bass - upright! But I have a lovely electric jazz fender, too. And a violin. And some other small stuff, and a keyboard, and these awesome drum machine things where you can beat on them and do all kinds of funky stuff. But a bassist at heart. I really want to learn to play lute, though.

J- Junior high: Cudahy Middle School. I now live directly across from it, only a hundred paces from my front door to theirs. Scary.

K- Kids: None of my own, but through my sub teaching jobs and kiddie librarian gig in previous years, I have swarms of them around me when I go to the park or the grocery store or just about anywhere in the city. Helps that I did the Harry Potter thing for a couple years, and many of them call me Headmistress Buttercup. Hee hee. I'm such a nut.

L - longest car ride: Okay, in a car, not a bus, cause I rode lots of long, long bus rides, it would be from here to Lexington, Kentucky to see lil sis Maggie.

U- Unknown fact about me: This is a tough one, I'm very open about myself and what I do and things like that... honestly, see the last entry in my LJ... I think so many people have all kinds of little secrets and stuff, so they have good gossip for these types of questions... oh, here, here's a good one- I firmly believe that Tolkien needed a good editor, and that there are several redundant or unnecessary parts in the Lord of the Rings trilogy that make it not as good of a story as The Hobbit is, but because The Hobbit is seen as more of a 'children's tale', it doesn't get quite the respect or the reknown that LOTR does. And he needed an editor. Or a beta ^_^ Did I mention his need for an editor? He's going to show up now and haunt me, isn't he?

X- X-rays you've had: shit... well, practically everything, most recently my broken finger; my first one being my broken toe (I've been working my way up...) I'm just a klutz... however, never had stitches at all, even when maybe I should have, just because having string or whatever holding stuff together, that just seems gross... anyhow...
