Erestor: Get loan approval, check. Find house, check.
Thranduil: Go write up offer, take care of minor issues because seller is out of state and near foreclosure, and take care of things before the short sale goes to foreclosure... to be announced.

Celebrian: With the minor exception of it missing about forty-two rooms, it IS built the way he built a house.
Glorfindel: The kitchen... the kitchen is my kind of kitchen... there's a window in the kitchen... the kitchen is just like the kitchen in a dream I once had where... *blushes* Uhm... it's a nice kitchen...
