You have been a librarian how long? Don't you know that some people don't read instructions and that there are some [gasp!] who don't even know how important Shakespeare was/is to literature? It has been forty years since I spent three years working in my high school library and volunteering at my public branch. I can only imagine how difficult things must be today for those like yourself. You could always hit them over the head with the complete, annotated works. :) :) :) Vi
