making cookies

zhieI am totally a cookie making factory. With some help from Mark.
In the last two days, massive amounts of the following have been produced:
white chocolate chocolate balls
pistachio balls
chocolate cherry walnut thingies (which are f-in great)
chocolate mint dream cookies
orange chip cookies (if you've ever thought, hmm, do I grate orange peel or do I use the little orange bottle to make something taste orange --- grate the peel already!! Un-fucking-believable. Yes, better than the chocolate cherry whozamawhatzits, and I'm much more happy with cherry chocolate than orange anything)
something else in a bag... oh, nevermind, that's just more mint dream cookies
I still have vanilla lemon balls (so many balls around here... well, consider the muses I suppose) to make tonight. Was going to go for some other ones, but I'm tired, so upcoming are...
Oatmeal Scotchies (or something like that)
Meteor Crispie Doohickies
Some other stuff... four kinds of spritz are in the fridge waiting, as are -- oh, that's what I was going to do tonight. Well, tomorrow, then. Okay, spritz... gingerbread is waiting in fridge, so is brandy cherry things (which, have been sitting four times the recommended time thus far, so they'll be REALLY good when I finally make those!) Also, peanut butter, and sugar cookie dough. Fridge is full. Must make those tomorrow to free up space for the remaining ones to be made (lemon bars, orange meltaway things, cinnamon logs, kolache... and I think that might be it.)
Also, totally out of Telerin food now. I take that back, I think there's a few crab cakes left. But there's this grocery store around these parts called Sendiks... (wow, I did not realize until now how dirty that kinda sounds in the right mood...) anyhow, we don't buy a lot there 'cause it's the 'fancy' sort of grocery, but, we do pick up a few items...

-meat, especially seafood
-candy (you know those assorted chocolate boxes? you can buy a box of just one type there, so we go for those green mints and black forest truffles and orange creams -- well, that last one is for him...)
Getting back to the seafood thing... they have these shells, I suppose from giant oysters, and they're filled with... well, I really don't know, but there's ground up goodness, seafood and stuff, in them... I guess I should find out what I'm --- aw, hell, I don't care, for all I know it could be stuffed with soylent green, I'll still probably eat them 'cause they're yummy (okay, NO, if I found out it was that, NO, but... I'm just not going to look just in case...)
So my earlier post has to do with trying to find the start of a fic called Vertigo, which only has a start to it. I don't know where I put it, but I think I should finish it, 'cause it's going to be two years old come January I think. So, if you see a short little story where Erestor falls off a horse wandering around, let me know. It's probably mine.
I'll probably be back again, once I get those lemon balls in. Honestly, this is the only thing keeping me awake right now, else I'd be curled upon the couch drooling on the cushion with the scent of burning cookies waking up the cats...
