...but instead, I need an elf chat. And I need some pizza. And also, I need to do some writing. Have been doing some stuff for that LJ game, but to be honest, the rules seem to change every other day, so while I'm keeping up with the challenges, basically, it's an overly complicated game run by amateurs. I can say this, because I've helped plan and run enough stuff both online and offline. I give it about a year or two; the creativity is there, but the organizational skills leave much to be desired, and I'm still of a mind that many of them are too self-conscious about their art and literary abilities (everything remains anonymous, and only after does anyone choose if they are going to release their works with their names on them). I just still don't get how people can't take pride in what they do. But then... I like recognition and have an ego that could challenge a Macedonian King turned world ruler on some days...

It does, actually, become quite the breeding ground for plagiarism, come to think of it. (It would be an interesting experiment.)
