I didn't feel like it was OOC, though perhaps that can also be helped knowing where in the bunniverse timeline this fits. Like Marty was saying, depending where it goes it can tie in with different ways, and the continuity could be rescued with merely a few little edits to connect events.
But as it is, I don't think you have any big problems to worry over.

And maybe I'm just crazy, but haven't I seen the first part or two of this before? It felt familiar.
