[] You have realized that practically no one will take you seriously unless you are over the age of 25 and have a job (***I think this one is kinda misleading... my first library directorship was when I was 24, because I finished my masters degree at 22 and then did all the right stuff career-wise in a short time***and I'm 31 now, and people still call me kiddo... but they respect me as a manager, and that's what matters***)
