Still happy, even though Aragon is making an extreme mess of the table and Gilraen's clothing at the moment. I love the informal attitudes around the table, and I assume that this meal is in a private dining room rather than a main room. It has that sense of intimacy. Elrond seems a bit nonplussed - it's hard to shake the serenity of the Master, so it's rather fun to imagine what one small mortal and his mother are going to do to his equilibrium over the next few years.
