1. Make a list of 5 things that you can see without getting up.
Smudge (the dog), the paper shredder, the husband, my salad, the window with the gloomy sky outside
2. How many times have you changed your hairstyle in the past five years?
I haven't. From 2002-2005, I was totally rocking the Lorien braid (most hair long, but pulled back on the sides and herringbone braid). I haven't had it cut since I was twelve, and I've only trimmed it twice since then. There's a reason I get along so well with Glorfindel...
3. Provide a completely useless fact about yourself.
I have size 11 1/2-ish feet. Depends on the manufacturer. I usually have to wear size 12. These are hard to find for women's shoes. I pretty much stick with boots or sandles - I don't have any lace-up shoes.
4. What's your favorite anime?
Is Pokemon anime? I'm going to go with it.
5. Do you have any tattoos? If so, what/where are they? If not, what would you get?
Nope. Pretty sure I could 'handle it', but just not sure if there's anything I could commit to. I did pick up a henna kit recently that I want to play with this summer.
6. What's your favorite mystical creature?
I guess Elves are obvious, but I'm pretty fond of unicorns, too. Never into horses or ponies, just unicorns.
7. What are you thinking about right now?
That I am now out of salad.
8. Write the first word that comes to mind.
Nap. Britt was just talking about one... mmmm, nap....
9. What musician is your favorite to see in concert?
Andy Bell (Erasure) or David Lee Roth (Van Halen).... too hard to decide between them.
10. If you found a wallet with $2000 in it, would you keep or return it?
Return it. People are constantly losing cel phones, flash drives, etc etc in the library, and we're constantly getting stuff back to the owners. It's just the right thing to do.
11. What was the last thing that you bought?
Sushi. Shrimp and also bbq eel.
12. What other countries have you been to (if any)?
None. And I'm not far from Canada, you'd think I would at least trip over the border and visit.
13. What are you procrastinating on by filling out this meme?
Going through the mail. Or writing. Or... well, there's a lot of things I should be doing instead.
14. Last book you've read?
Rereading the Silmarillion at the moment.
15. What are you doing this weekend?
Maybe writer's meeting. Definitely LOTRO on Sunday afternoon.
16. What is your song of choice RIGHT NOW? The one you select when you kick off your playlist in the morning or whenever.
After a convo the other day about Gaga, I pulled out the last CD and keep playing Bad Romance. But it had been Dio's Holy Diver and Rainbow in the Dark.

Autumn
19. Which part of this year are you looking forward to the most?
When it gets warm enough to plant things. Oh, Erestor-muse has turned me into the backyard farmer....
