It's probably just me..
..but I think Elu Thingol was a really shitty elven king.
Turgon was better, but not by a whole lot.
Did Amroth even know he was king of Lorien for a while? Cause sometimes, I wonder about that dude.
Eventually, one gets to the point of 'Poor Thranduil - he got such a bad rap from some people, and yet, he was probably better at doing his job than most of the elven kings'.
Cept for that addiction to sparkly things. Kinda makes ya wonder how his son resisted biting the ring off Frodo's hand..
uhoh, there's a plot bunny with a crown on staring at me from a distance.. maybe if I stop thinking about the elven royalty, he'll go away..
