But i'm getting the distinct feeling that AFF.net is in a sort of medically induced coma and probably isn't going to ever get off of life support.

Anyone else getting that same feeling?

In some ways, I feel sad. I remember when Aff.net was merely an idea being talked about late night in chat rooms right after ff.net decided they were puritans at heart.

In other ways, I had a feeling this was going to happen eventually.

I miss it to, I return every so often in the hope that it's running again but, as of yet I can only read fiction on there...not one update to be found for quite a while...*sobs*

There's been a few updates on the LotR branch of the site (http://lotr.adultfanfiction.net/main.php?list=49) not many, but some.
