Hobbit Tradition

It's a tradition for Hobbits, on their birthday, to give gifts to their friends and family members. Elves celebrate their begetting day (which tends to be the same day, since they are usually born a year later).
In this fandom, I've taken to celebrating my begetting day in August as the one where everyone is allowed to do whatever it is all of you feel necessary to do. As for me, this is the day when I'm allowed to gift others with something. (That's a nice way of me saying if you post anything that acknowledges my birthday as today, including you, Dark, I will refuse to read it... or maybe i'll just feed it to the balrog... obviously, Monty is exempt. And I suppose those not in the LOTR fandom, but that's very few and even fewer still who might read this.) Normally, this gift type thing comes in the form of fanfictiony goodness, but this year, it's a drawing. Hey, you can't always get great gifts, so just an okay gift will need to be settled for. The muse insisted that a picture was worth far more words than a story would be, and who wants to hear the story of what Elrond does in his Apothecary, anyhow?
I was actually going to leave it black and white when I finished around 4am, but then, Elrond brought the colored pencils to me, so...

Heh, I just noticed, Elrond's in his party dress today...
