What, me worry?

Let's face it -- I don't have time to worry, really. Life moves too fast and there's too many too much to be done too soon. So. No worries. Just trudging ahead and figuring things out as they come up.
And sometimes, as I'm skipping along, things suddenly pop up -- 'ello, 'ello -- what, your happy unexpecteds don't speak with a British accent? Hmm. Mine do. Odd.
Alright, then. So, at work, despite the fact that technology kerfluffles abound, and my operating daily budget is still a bit off, I got the info on the big stuff - what we call capital. And all four items that I petitioned for went through. I was hoping for one or two of them, but the whole package went through -- and this year, nothing was cut. Last year, I managed half and even some of those were cut down. I feel all of my justifying, my taking of pictures of run down items, the late hours and even the renderings I did using SIMS2 were ALL worth it!
And, on top of that, I got a raise. For some reason, my raise speaks with a Canadian accent. But that's fine by me. It can speak with whatever accent it wants!
So, that's my happy news. Yes, there's crap going on, too, but why dwell on that? I prefer the Alfred E. Neuman course in dealing with life's bullshit.
