Dreaming in the Key of Slash

Surprisingly, until last night, I'd not really had a slash dream -- at least, not that I could ever remember. I should say, anything that would be rated PG-13 or higher- y'know, obvious slashery.



It had to do with (surprise, surprise) Erestor and Glorfindel. From what I remember, Glorfindel had been keeping secret from Erestor some previous lover he had had. The reason was not so much that he didn't want Erestor to know about his having this ex, but because Glorfindel had ended up having to kill this guy, and now the worry was (with the elf rebirth thing) that when they got to Valinor, dude would show up and kill Glorfindel back or something.

Oh, and they went to McDonalds at one point. That was my clue it was a dream at the time it was happening. Yeah. Elves at McDonalds is a dead giveaway.

Following big macs and discussion and flash backs, they (of course) ended up in bed and... I woke up shortly after the naughtiness.

That fanfic will need some editing before it could ever see the light of day...

I love when dreams do that. They make perfect sense and you can't really tell if it's a dream or not -
And then someone shows up with a time machine or something and your brain goes 'Oh, alright, we're good. Just a ridiculous dream. Carry on.'

Sounds like a good dream. Big macs and slash. Win win.
