Two weeks

Well, we waited three months so far, I suppose another two weeks shouldn't be that bad.

The house has been appraised and inspected, just waiting for that paperwork to get to me.

Got a great review from the inspector, who was there for four and a half hours.

Hopefully there's nothing major from the appraiser to be fixed. *crosses fingers*

Good luck with that. House inspections are nerve-wracking, but that amount of time is a good sign, it means the inspector did a thorough job. It took several hours for our inspector to do the house we bought last year. He found a lot of stuff, much of it minor, but it was good to know about even if it wasn't a deal-breaker, so we were prepared for it.

I wish my first house purchase had such a good inspector. He missed a broken water heater and seriously clogged plumbing that gave us no end of headaches the first year we were in the house.

2 weeks will go by very quickly :)
And here's some good mojo for a favorable report *blows mojo in a SE-terly direction*

*crosses fingers* as well. Did you know you've now written as many posts about the house as you have memes? According to your tag cluster, at least.

Btw, thanks again re: today/yesterday. You rock =)
