Cookies need to cool
So you're stuck with me for at least another five minutes. Maybe ten.
Well that was fun. Made at least fifteen dozen cookies tonight. As always, had muses helping... Erestor, Haldir, Fingon, and Ereinion. Glorfindel, Tintilien, and Tellin wandered in briefly, but they were gone as fast as they came in. Feanor, briefly, but he only ever wants to be the taste tester.
Arte tried so hard to stay away, but she's sleeping sitting up. It's quite amusing. Don't worry, I'll carry her up with me when I go to bed.
I cleaned off my desk at work today. And found that the majority of what was there was dumped there by other people. So I've established a bin, outside the door, for people to dump stuff into.
(Most items will probably find their way immediately if not sooner to the circular file...)
Also, I found my mouse. My old, squishy mouse, so I promptly replaced the crappy new one with my old non-standard one. So I am happy, for I have a scroll button thingie again.
Roller scroller thing.
A... a non-stupid three button mouse. I mean, that's like a calf with two heads. It was damned annoying to use.
I guess those cookies are probably cool by now.
Better taste one just to be sure....
