Birds have to be sexed by vets/experts, and even they have a hard time telling, at times, so don't feel bad :)
When we got our cockatoos', we were told by the pet shop that they were both males... HAHAHAHA...>trailing off to a sigh.
4 'broods' later...
I finally said we needed to give the parents away to experts. 4 broods in one year is NOT safe... and I didn't have the heart to separate them... so we gave them to an aviary.
