zhieSo, I've been dinking away at the new archive ( http://pounce.dreamelf.com ) and checked to see my progress.
Fifty stories. woohoo!
Then it hit me... I only have one from the 4th age archived and about a half dozen from the third... also still missing some others from the elder days and a lot of double AU stuff, and lots of muse-fics including the 'ask a canon elf a non-canon question' riffs
50 is, like, nothing here...
What the hell was I doing the last couple years? How the hell did I end up with this much stuff?
*turns gaze to the West and the South, where no doubt Mei and Laura are laughing* I'm a victim of poking abuses...
oddly enough, i won't be pressing any charges...
so, what i first thought would be a big accomplishment turns out not to be
we should play a game. How many Tolkien fics does Zhie really have? Has to be a number over a hundred, at home players, 'cause we know that already.
I shall start the bidding at 257. Who else wants to make a guess? (and yes, you can try to cheat by looking at all the lists here there and the other place, but there are a) no complete lists and b) i highly doubt that anyone other than myself and maybe, maybe Monty has read all howevermany there are fics. Perhaps Laura and Mei, but I have a feeling even they are missing a few here and there on them.
