So I was coloring a picture that

So I was coloring a picture that <ljuser="lilmay2"> drew for me *bounce bounce bounce* (no, y'all can't see it... well... maybe when it's done, I'll let you peek at it quick)... and...

No peach crayon in the box.

Now, in 96 colors, I figured, I just missed it. Looked again... grr arg, no peach.

Needless to say, the Erestor muse was furious.

Had to go buy a new box. Apparently Crayola, needing to keep people on their toes, switches crayons in and out like a bad ball club swaps in pitchers. Oy. But now...

I have a peach crayon.

Correction... Erestor has a peach crayon. He's guarding it. Not letting me near it... will have to pounce him for it...

Hooray for finding the peach crayon! Me thinks Erestor associates the peach crayon with the peaches. Only I hope he realizes they aren't as tasty spread over Fin, only waxey. I just want to add, I've seen this pic part way colored...and it's a pretty nice pic. ^__^

hehe! thats awsome.. well maybe not about the crayon hunt part but you'll have to show the picture when its done..
btw, I also knoticed that crayola has its 'special' runs. good marketing stratagy.. maybe, but as long as the kids in elementary school think the kid with the bigest box of crayons is the coolest, I still think they have a good market.

I finished coloring it in. I think it is my new favorite. I also think I am going to save it for posting officially until Christmas... there will be a fic to go with it as well... but... email me or IM me and I'll let you peek at it if you're interested, just because it's so beautiful. Mei is just so awesome. I would poke her to draw something else, but I know that she already is... heh heh...
